Wbox Plumbing & Piping is a small team of plumbers working from Jalan Batai Barat in Kuala Lumpur. We fix leaks, drains, heaters and pipes in homes and shops across KL and Selangor, at any hour.
Who does the work
The plumbers who come to your home are our own team, not a call centre passing jobs on to whoever is free.
The person who reads your WhatsApp works alongside the plumber you will meet. What you describe, and the photos you send, go straight to the person who comes, so they arrive with the right tools and the most likely parts.
We keep to plumbing. Gas piping, wiring and fire systems need their own registered trades, and we tell you when a job needs one of them.
Where we work from
Our office is at 201, Jalan Batai Barat, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur. From here, central and west KL are short trips, and the Federal Highway takes us to Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Klang.

We quote before fitting
Every part is priced before it goes in. Labour is from RM80 an hour.
You approve
Nothing is replaced, opened up or added until you say yes, on WhatsApp or in person.

How we got here
Over ten years of plumbing in the Klang Valley, starting from a two-person repair service.
- 2015
- Started as a two-person repair service in Bukit Damansara, fixing taps, toilets and burst pipes for neighbours.
- 2018
- Added leak detection after a run of high water bills in older condos and terrace houses.
- 2021
- Began answering WhatsApp around the clock, with a plumber on call every night.
- 2024
- Took on whole-home repiping for older homes across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
