How an emergency call runs

  1. Tell us now

WhatsApp or call with your area, and a photo or video if you can. We tell you what to switch off while you wait.

  2. We set off

We confirm the charges and an arrival time before we set off. Labour is from RM80 an hour.

  3. Stop and make safe

We stop the water first, then find the cause and show it to you.

  4. Repair or cap

We repair the pipe if the parts are with us. If not, we cap it safely and book a return visit.

What you receive, and what you decide

You receive

A WhatsApp reply with an arrival time. On site, a parts quote before anything is fitted. After each visit, a job report with photos of the damage and the repair, ready for your insurer, landlord or condo management.

You still decide

Whether to go ahead with the parts quote. Whether to repair now or cap the pipe and finish in daylight. Whether to open a wall or ceiling, and who makes it good afterwards.

Emergency questions

What should I switch off first?

Close the main water valve. Then switch off the water heater and any sockets or appliances near the water at the circuit breaker. If water is coming through a ceiling light, keep clear of it and switch off that circuit.

Where is my main water valve?

In a landed house it is usually beside the meter at the gate. In a condo it is often in the meter cabinet in the corridor outside your unit. Send us a photo if you are not sure and we will tell you which one to turn.

Will you fix it the same night?

Most burst pipes can be repaired on the first visit. When a part is not available at night, we cap the pipe so the rest of the home has water, and come back to finish.

Do you deal with my insurer?

We do not claim on your behalf. The job report with photos, the cause and the repair usually gives your insurer what they ask for.
