We quote the part or a replacement heater. You choose, including the brand if you prefer one.
Fit and test
We fit it, check every joint for leaks and run hot water with you.

You receive
A heater tested at the shower with you. A job report on WhatsApp with the model, the fault, the parts, the labour hours and photos of the finished fitting.
You still decide
Repair or replace. Which heater, if you replace it. Whether any wiring work is needed, and which electrician does it.

Can you install a heater I bought online?
Yes. Have it delivered before the visit, and send us a photo of the box so we bring the right fittings.
My heater trips the power. Is that a plumbing job?
Partly. We check for water getting into the heater and repair the plumbing side. Wiring faults need a registered electrician, and we tell you if that is the cause.
How long does an installation take?
Swapping one instant heater for another is usually under two hours. A heater in a new position, with new pipes, takes longer, and we tell you before we start.
